Overall excellent experience! Tony was very professional and knowlegable throughout in presenting the options available and answering our questions. Stayed in close touch and quickly responded to texts and emails. Never any pressure or tricky sales tactics. The installation process also went very smoothly. The crew was polite, skilled, and efficient, obviously experienced at their jobs. They treated our house with respect, not just as a work site. Of course there is some mess involved but they cleaned as they went and kept it to a minimum. Highly recommended, glad we chose The Window Authority!

Once we settled on the deal the communication was perfect to set our expectations and subsequently executed flawlessly. The install team was professional and conscientious. Jeremy took time at the end of every day to review the work completed that day and point out any concerns they had. We felt in front of the process the entire way. Great work guys!

Highly Recommend!!! From the moment I met with the sales rep to the final day of installation The Window Authority was absolutely amazing to work with!! The sales rep was straightforward, no gimmicks, honest and there was no pressure or hard sale. I met with 5 companies and most were like dealing with a car salesman but not The Window Authority. They didnt upcharge for standard items and we very reasonably priced!!! The installation crew deserves a 10!!! Wow were they meticulous with every detail. They put tarps down, cleaned up afterwards, they seriously took such pride in their work as they should because our 23 windows look AMAZING!!! Thanks!!!!
Exceeded My Expectations
The entire Window Authority Team is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. From Tony Gilbert (who didn't use any sales gimmicks or pressure tactics like some other companies), to Gene's communication about installation, to the installation team themselves - everyone was easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Frank and Gustavo did the installation in a single day. Both were very professional and hard-working. Over-all everything went very smoothy and the windows look incredible. The owner came out to run a quality check the day of installation. This was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
